Something amazing these bottles of stabilized oxygen can do. Have used sublingual daily morning and night as well as before physical activity. Best absorbed with emptier stomach for sure! The aso sport supplaments have also been quite shocking when taken correctly, I have expereinced amazing help with fatigue and soreness during high strane activities like long runs and snowbaording. For a long time my father used this product and as I was a kid he applied it to poision ivy, small cuts, bug bites, fireweed, a whole bunch of stuff that got on my skin and to this day it is still the go too! Every single time I shave I apply oyxgen to my face, its refreshing, softens my skin, and even has helped with acne. Honesly the skin on my face is generally healthier. What seriosuly takes the cake in my experience with using aso oxygen is adding it to saline nose drops. 80 to 100 drops in a 3oz bottle is spectacular to use after a nights rest before a shower, when sick and stuffy, before bed after a long day and want to breathe with clear nostrils. Couple good sniffs of oxygen with saline and within minutes my sinus and notrils are clear. If I don't have my oxygen and saline its not as good of a day. Incredibly grateful for this company and what I've found to use this product for. Also, thank u so much for adding the little spout to the 8 oz bottle, it is so much better to operate!!!

My 12-year-old Chihuahua has congestive heart failure on his last legs. The ASO oxygen and liquid mineral water has helped him so much and relieved his suffering immensely. I'm taking it myself along with the minerals and I feel better than I have been feeling.
