The Science Inside

More Oxygen,
Less Burn.
It's That Simple.

ASO Sport™ works by delivering a highly concentrated dose of active stabilized oxygen into the body that is instantly metabolized to fight lactic acid burn and associated fatigue.

What is Activated Stabilized Oxygen?

Activated Stabilized Oxygen (ASO®) is produced using a proprietary engineering process that fuses free oxygen molecules with plant-derived minerals. The result is a performance supplement that boosts oxygen levels in the body for better energy efficiency, mental clarity, and improved recovery from physical stressors.

Water (H2O)

ASO® starts with a simple solution of distilled water (H2O) and sea salt. From there, our proprietary process begins.

Oxygen (O2)

During manufacturing, the water molecules are blasted apart to free the oxygen atoms from the H2O compound.

ASO®

The free oxygen molecules (O2) attract to each other, bonding to form a highly stable, proprietary form of molecular (or “bioavailable”) oxygen called ASO®.

Oxygen's Role in Performance

  1. In order for muscles to perform, they need energy. Energy production takes place inside tiny cellular factories, called mitochondria. In the aerobic metabolic process, the human body uses a molecule of glucose to produce 36 adenosine triphosphate (ATP) molecules. ATP is what fuels your muscles.

  2. When your lungs cannot pull enough oxygen into the bloodstream to keep up with the demands of your muscles, the mitochondria revert to a much less efficient form of energy production called Anaerobic Metabolism.

  3. Anaerobic metabolism is the creation of energy through the combustion of carbohydrates in the absence of oxygen. This occurs when the lungs cannot put enough oxygen into the bloodstream to keep up with the demands from the muscles for energy. It generally is used only for short bursts of activity.

  4. When there isn't enough oxygen in the bloodstream, glucose and glycogen cannot be fully broken down to carbon dioxide and water. Instead, lactic acid is produced, which can build up in the muscles and degrade muscle function.

  5. Lactic acid is a by-product of anaerobic glycolysis and anaerobic metabolism. Although lactic acid used as a fuel by the heart, excessive lactic acid in your skeletal muscles slows down contractions, preventing you maintaining peak performance.

Tested & Proven Results

ASO® has been the subject of more than two dozen independent research studies at laboratories and universities around the world. Athletes, scientists, educators, and health professionals have testified to its safety and efficacy. In one 6-month university study, researchers found that athletes who consumed ASO® prior to training demonstrated improvement in overall performance and recovery. Measuring O2 saturation in the muscle tissue and bloodstream, the study confirmed a significant reduction in blood lactate concentrations as well as increased lactate clearance kinetics — resulting in improved aerobic capacity and reduced recuperation times.
